• Account information: email address, display name, subscription tier, and the sign-in methods linked to your account.
• Product activity: forecasts you follow, alerts you view, invite redemption, support requests, and waitlist submissions.
• Technical information: browser or device details, IP-derived request information, diagnostic logs, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.
• Local app data: session and preference information stored on your device so the web and Capacitor apps can keep you signed in and provide offline-friendly behavior.

We use personal information to provide and secure your account, enforce access tiers, deliver follows and alerts, respond to support, prevent abuse, understand product reliability, and meet legal obligations.

We do not use your private account data to rewrite historical forecasts or resolved results. Veridian’s public forecast record is designed to preserve what the system published before an outcome.

We may share the minimum information necessary with providers that support hosting, authentication, email delivery, monitoring, analytics, and customer support. They process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse or security incidents, or during a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Veridian does not sell personal information for money.

We retain account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward when needed for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, backup recovery, or legal compliance. Public, non-personal forecast and track-record data may be retained as part of the permanent forecasting record.

You can delete your account from the Account page once signed in. You may also contact support to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may be retained where law or legitimate security needs require it.

• Update your display name or password from the Account page.
• Unfollow forecasts to stop related in-product alerts.
• Clear local app data by signing out and removing site or app storage from your device.
• Contact us about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request.

Veridian is not directed to children under 18. If you use Veridian from outside the United States, your information may be processed where our service providers operate. We may update this policy as the product changes and will revise the date above when we do.
